At our vintage store, we understand that each unique piece in our collection is often delicate. We take great care in packaging all items, from our decorative accents and lighting to kitchenware and display stands. To ensure a smooth process if any issues arise, please open your package carefully and record a video of the unboxing. This video is crucial as it serves as proof in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged. Without this video, we’re unable to process a refund. If your product is indeed damaged upon arrival and you’ve provided the unboxing video, we’ll issue a 50% refund for the damaged item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity of our unique vintage collection.
