Shipping & Returns

We take great care in packaging all items, from our decorative accents and lighting to kitchenware and display stands. To ensure a smooth process if any issues arise, please open your package carefully and record a video of the unboxing. This video is crucial as it serves as proof in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged. Without this video, we’re unable to process a refund. If your product is indeed damaged upon arrival and you’ve provided the unboxing video, we’ll issue a 50% refund for the damaged item.
